HOA LU ancient capital - TAM COC - BICH DONG full day (Code: TSC-NOpt-01)
Hoa Lu was the capital of the Dai Viet state in 41 years from 968 to 1009, of which, 12 years under the Dinh dynasty (Dinh Tien Hoang) and 29 years under the Le dynasty (Le Dai Hanh). In 1010 King Ly Thai To moved the Capital to Thang Long (present Hanoi ). Through the ups and downs, many buildings had been ruined, only temples dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang King and Le Dai Hanh King have been preserved to date. They are located in Truong Yen village, Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu district.
Hoa Lu former capital and the two King's temples are the prides of our nation that reflect the glorious time of national defense and construction.
Departure for Hoa Lu, 100km down the South of Hanoi to see Hoa Lu citadel, the first capital of Vietnam in the 10 th century with visiting 2 temples of the Dinh King and the Le King. Transfer to Tam Coc caves. A 2 and half hour rowing boat trip along the shallow paddies rice offer the tourists a chance to enjoy the landscape of Tam Coc, the "Halong Bay in land", passing underneath 3 caves (hang Ca, hang Hai, hang Ba) to admire the stalactites shining as Jade and emerald with various shapes and figures of fossilized creatures. Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Bat Trang pottery village on the bank of the Red river (Code: TSC-Nopt-04)
Located 13km South-east of Hanoi , Bat Trang village has about 6000 families. Visiting Bat Trang village, you can see artisans create super ceramic vases and other masterpieces in their kilns. It is a hot sweaty work, but the results are great. Their main business, as the name of the village reveals, is ceramics and pottery. All of their products are made from white clay and have fine decorative styles. Nowadays, Bat Trang's products are exported to many countries in the world. Bat Trang is an ideal place for souvenirs.
A cruise on the Red River
Pick up at hotel and transfer to the quay for boarding the boat cruise down along the Red river . You will have chance to see the green lush fields of vegetable, maize and sugar cane on the banks of the river (1 hour). Walking through the Bat Trang pottery village visit some pottery producing households then transfer back to Hanoi city.

HALONG BAY - The World Natural Heritage (Code: TSC-NOpt-05 )
Located 180km North-east of Hanoi , magnificent Halong bay (Halong translates literally as where the dragon descending into the sea. The legend has it that the islands of Halong bay were created by a great dragon that lived in the mountain). With it's over 3000 islands rising out from the clear, emerald waters of Tonkin Gulf Halong Bay is one of the natural wonders of Vietnam . In 1994, Halong bay was recognized by UNESCO as World Natural Heritage.
Visitors often refer the area's magical landscape of limestone islets to Guilin in China and Krabi in Thailand . These tiny islands are dotted with many beaches, grottoes and caves.
Depart for Halong city - the World Natural Heritage. On arrival have lunch at restaurant. Enjoy 4 hrs cruising in Halong Bay with visiting of Dau go & Thien Cung Grottoes. Return to Hanoi .
